<div><p>We are seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations. This role partners with managers and employees to ensure consistent HR practices, support employee experience, and maintain compliant HR processes and records.</p>

<br><div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Job Functions, Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></h4>
<p></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including pay changes, deductions, leave statuses, and benefit enrollments.</li>
<li>Support benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)), including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee questions.</li>
<li>Coordinate annual open enrollment, benefit communications, and vendor interactions.</li>
<li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, benefit setup, and separation documentation.</li>
<li>Assist with leave administration (FMLA, ADA accommodation support, state leave programs as applicable) and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.</li>
<li>Provide employee support on HR policies, payroll questions, and benefit questions, escalating complex issues as needed.</li>
<li>Support compliance tasks such as I-9 processes, record retention, and required postings and notices.</li>
<li>Assist with HR reporting, audits, and routine metrics related to payroll, benefits, and headcount.</li>
<li>Support employee relations processes by documenting issues, coordinating meetings, and maintaining confidentiality.</li>
<li>Help update HR forms, job descriptions, and internal HR procedures to ensure consistency and clarity.</li>

<p></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education, Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</b></h4>
<p></p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</p>
<p>
Experience: 3 years of HR experience, including recruiting and benefits administration, with exposure to payroll processes.</p>

<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements &amp; Work Environment</b></h4>
<p></p><ul><li>Hands-on payroll experience, including reviewing payroll inputs and resolving discrepancies.</li>
<li>Benefits administration experience, including enrollments, eligibility, and issue resolution with carriers or brokers.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of wage and hour basics, payroll deductions, and benefit regulations (COBRA, ACA, HIPAA basics).</li>
<li>Experience using HRIS and payroll systems; comfortable learning new tools.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, documentation habits, and follow-through.</li>
<li>Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach with employees and managers.</li>
<li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</li>
<li>Certification preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar.</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
