Job Summary Southern New Hampshire Plumbing, Heating &amp; Cooling is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.We&rsquo;re a busy local service company, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high call volume environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.Duties .<ul><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain filing systems and assist with document organization.</li><li>High call volume and organizational skills.</li><li>Provide customer support and service to clients, addressing their needs promptly.</li><li>HVAC and Plumbing knowledge is strongly desired</li><li>Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments</li><li>Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.</li><li>Support office management tasks, including inventory control and supply ordering.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.</li><li>Ability to route calls efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.</li><li>Plumbing and HVAC knowledge</li><li>Dependability</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>fast paced work envoirment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HVAC: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Plumbing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
