Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher (HVAC/Plumbing)

Job Summary
Southern New Hampshire Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

We’re a busy local service company, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high call volume environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Duties .

  • Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain filing systems and assist with document organization.
  • High call volume and organizational skills.
  • Provide customer support and service to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
  • HVAC and Plumbing knowledge is strongly desired
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Support office management tasks, including inventory control and supply ordering.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
  • Ability to route calls efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Plumbing and HVAC knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
