Job SummaryOklahoma Behavioral Health is seeking a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant to join our McAlester team. This position combines front-office support, scheduling, customer service, and medical billing responsibilities in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.Roles and Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls</li><li>Organize and schedule appointments</li><li>Plan meetings and take detailed minutes</li><li>Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms</li><li>Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports</li><li>Maintain a filing system</li><li>Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers</li><li>Maintain contact lists</li><li>Submit and reconcile expense reports</li><li>Provide general support to visitors</li><li>Work with team to handle requests and queries as assigned</li><li>Medicaid billing</li><li>Provide billing assistance to all staff</li><li>Research and rebill all denials</li><li>Maintaining accurate and complete case records</li><li>Work with excel spreadsheet on a daily basic</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hourBenefits:After 90 Days:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>After One Year:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8-hour shift</li><li>Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience in Administrative experience (Preferred)<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>McAlester, OK (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>McAlester, OK: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location:<ul><li>In person</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
