To thrive in our team-oriented environment; you must be an independent critical thinker.Education &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Xactimate Level 1 or 2</li><li>Claims Experience</li><li>Insurance Restoration</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug test.</li></ul>Postion Responsibilities:<ul><li>On site project management.</li><li>Customer facing interactions.</li><li>Crew management.</li><li>Quality Assurance.</li><li>Use creative problem-solving skills when technical &amp; install challenges inevitably arise.</li><li>Manage subcontractors &amp; hold subs to our standards of excellence.</li><li>Experience ordering materials; on budget.</li><li>Experience working with engineers &amp; inspectors.</li><li>Self-Starter with personal commitment to excellence.</li></ul>Offer Includes:<ul><li>Competitive salary and PTO package.</li><li>Opportunities for growth with the growing company.</li><li>Team Environment that champions each person success.</li></ul>Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Sarasota, FL 34243
