Education & Requirements:

• Xactimate Level 1 or 2
• Claims Experience
• Insurance Restoration
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug test.

Postion Responsibilities:

• On site project management.
• Customer facing interactions.
• Crew management.
• Quality Assurance.
• Use creative problem-solving skills when technical & install challenges inevitably arise.
• Manage subcontractors & hold subs to our standards of excellence.
• Experience ordering materials; on budget.
• Experience working with engineers & inspectors.
• Self-Starter with personal commitment to excellence.
