Job Description Minimum Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline</li><li>Certification or hands-on knowledge in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience</li><li>Freshers can apply</li></ul>Prior experience with D2C brands is preferredKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own and drive revenue growth across multiple Shopify DTC stores (3+ countries, with future expansion)</li><li>Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)</li><li>Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram &ndash; Catalog, Advantage+, Retargeting)</li><li>Handle TikTok Ads where relevant for market growth</li><li>Continuously optimize ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, and AOV</li><li>Analyze product-level performance to scale winning products and pause underperformers</li><li>Improve Shopify conversion rate through product page optimization, offers, bundles, and checkout improvements</li><li>Work closely with design, content, and web development teams to execute high-performing creatives and landing pages</li><li>Monitor performance daily and share weekly insights and action-oriented reports with clear next steps</li></ul>Who Can Apply:<ul><li>Freshers interested in Digital &amp; Performance Marketing</li><li>Candidates with 1&ndash;2 years of relevant experience</li><li>Candidates with D2C brand exposure will have an added advantage</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
