Job Description
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Certification or hands-on knowledge in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience
- Freshers can apply
Prior experience with D2C brands is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive revenue growth across multiple Shopify DTC stores (3+ countries, with future expansion)
- Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram – Catalog, Advantage+, Retargeting)
- Handle TikTok Ads where relevant for market growth
- Continuously optimize ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, and AOV
- Analyze product-level performance to scale winning products and pause underperformers
- Improve Shopify conversion rate through product page optimization, offers, bundles, and checkout improvements
- Work closely with design, content, and web development teams to execute high-performing creatives and landing pages
- Monitor performance daily and share weekly insights and action-oriented reports with clear next steps
