Job Description
Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Certification or hands-on knowledge in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Freshers can apply

Prior experience with D2C brands is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue growth across multiple Shopify DTC stores (3+ countries, with future expansion)
  • Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram – Catalog, Advantage+, Retargeting)
  • Handle TikTok Ads where relevant for market growth
  • Continuously optimize ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, and AOV
  • Analyze product-level performance to scale winning products and pause underperformers
  • Improve Shopify conversion rate through product page optimization, offers, bundles, and checkout improvements
  • Work closely with design, content, and web development teams to execute high-performing creatives and landing pages
  • Monitor performance daily and share weekly insights and action-oriented reports with clear next steps
