Job Profile: Assistant Marketing Manager

An Assistant Marketing Manager will assist in developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a keen sense of market trends to ensure the offerings reach their intended audience effectively. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and assists in managing campaigns, budgets, and vendor relationships to achieve organizational objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing materials on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze reports
  • Support the development of marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Participate in organizing promotional events and product launches.
  • Assist with communications and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing marketing materials and ensuring accuracy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and creative tools (Canva, figma, Adobe creative suit). Good to know: marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is typically required.

Experience : Prior experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles is often preferred.
