Key Responsibilities::
Brand Campaign Strategy & Planning
-
Plan, execute, and scale digital branding campaigns across YouTube, DV360/Programmatic, Meta (Brand), OTT platforms (Hotstar, JioCinema, Zee5), and high-impact display channels.

Own end-to-end brand media planning including audience selection, funnel design, frequency mapping, and platform-level budget allocations.

Build full-funnel brand frameworks — Awareness → Consideration → Preference → Demand — aligned with monthly/quarterly brand objectives.
Execution & Optimization

Run high-impact brand campaigns optimized for reach, frequency, video completions, brand lift, and engagement quality.

Own campaign setup, pacing, optimization, creative rotation, and delivery quality across all platforms.

Ensure brand safety, viewability, and inventory quality by working closely with DSP partners, ad networks, and publishers.
Analytics, Measurement & Brand Lift
-
Track, measure, and report branding KPIs — View Rate, CPV, VTR, CPM, CTR (Upper-Funnel), Frequency, Reach, Brand Lift, Incrementality.

Analyze platform insights, audience performance, geo performance, and content affinity to identify high-performing cohorts.

Work with analytics tools (GA4, Appsflyer, Data Studio, MOAT, Nielsen, Kantar, etc.) to quantify brand impact on search uplift, organic traffic, remarketing pool growth, and assisted conversions.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration

Work with creative, design, and production teams to ensure brand campaigns use the right hooks, formats, lengths and platform-native storytelling.

Provide data-backed recommendations on creative direction, messaging, and ad sequencing.

Build multi-creative experiments to identify the best-performing video/edit variants.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Product, Content, CRM, Offline Brand, and Performance teams to create unified brand + growth journeys.

Partner with media agencies, DSP partners, and publisher teams for new solutions, beta features, and premium inventory opportunities.
Reporting & Insights
-
Build weekly and monthly reporting dashboards with clear insights and recommendations.
-
Present brand performance, learnings, and next steps to leadership.

Maintain a central library of brand best practices and create standard operating frameworks for campaign execution.
Who Will Qualify
-
1+ years of experience in digital branding, video advertising, or programmatic media buying.
-
Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads, DV360, Meta Brand Campaigns, and at least one OTT media buying ecosystem.
-
Strong understanding of upper-funnel metrics, ad delivery mechanics, targeting layers, and brand measurement methodologies.
-
Highly data-driven with the ability to interpret large datasets and turn them into actionable insights.

Familiarity with GA4, Appsflyer, Brand Lift studies, MOAT, Nielsen/Kantar, or similar measurement tools.
-
Ability to manage large budgets with disciplined planning, pacing, and reporting.

Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to turn campaign results into compelling narratives.

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
