Your mechanical expertise and leadership skills will drive project success from start to finish, ensuring efficient and reliable HVAC system installations across diverse environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company dedicated to excellence in HVAC solutions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams, providing clear direction and mentorship to ensure timely project completion.</li><li>Interpret and utilize technical schematics, HVAC design plans, and mechanical drawings to execute installations accurately.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, service technicians, and other trades such as plumbing and refrigeration specialists to streamline workflows.</li><li>Perform field service tasks including equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, appliances, boilers, and refrigeration units.</li><li>Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations; conduct safety audits regularly.</li><li>Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for fabrication or repairs as needed.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates, inspection reports, and service logs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in construction-related roles with a strong background in HVAC installation or service technician work.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning, refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), boilers, and mechanical components.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans accurately.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing systems, appliance repair, equipment repair, welding techniques, and property maintenance.</li><li>Field service experience with a focus on troubleshooting complex systems using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record; experience operating &lt;PERSON&gt; drivers preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with HVAC/R (Heating,Ventilation,A/C/Refrigeration) standards; experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members alike.
