The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.</li><li>Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to gauge audience sentiment.</li><li>Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to refine strategies.</li><li>Engage with followers through relationship management practices to foster community growth.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and improve search rankings.</li><li>Oversee e-commerce initiatives through effective social media marketing strategies.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy and brand consistency before publication.</li><li>Capture high-quality photography and video content for use across social media channels.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.</li><li>Experience in public relations or branding is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in content creation, graphic design, photography, and web analytics.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading and editing.
