Social Media and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
• Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
• Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to gauge audience sentiment.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to refine strategies.
• Engage with followers through relationship management practices to foster community growth.
• Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and improve search rankings.
• Oversee e-commerce initiatives through effective social media marketing strategies.
• Proofread all content for accuracy and brand consistency before publication.
• Capture high-quality photography and video content for use across social media channels.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
• Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
• Experience in public relations or branding is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in content creation, graphic design, photography, and web analytics.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
