The Mental Health Case Manager is responsible for providing a variety of services to individuals with serious mental health conditions. These services include one-on-one and group activities, help with managing symptoms in community, crisis support, and other tasks that promote recovery.Ideal Candidates will be able to:<ul><li>Meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of paperwork</li></ul><ul><li>Meet with consumers one-on-one in the community to support identified recovery goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Facilities group to support identified recovery goals.</li><li>Be able to work with children and adults.</li><li>Provide support in crisis situations and be able to make decisions under stress.</li><li>Observe and notify supervisor and treatment team of changes in behavior.</li><li>Assist with using community resources</li><li>Collaborate with treatment team to promote recovery.</li><li>Have a flexible work schedule.</li><li>Be reliable and responsible, with the ability to develop and maintain rapport with clients and staff.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor in Human Services Field.</li></ul><ul><li>Associates degree in Human Service field with two years of experience in mental health.</li></ul><ul><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.</li><li>Must be able to pass a random drug screen.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li></ul>Benefit Package Include:<ul><li>Paid vacation, sick, and holiday</li><li>Health, vision, and dental insurance</li><li>Aflac affiliated</li></ul><ul><li>KPERS Retirement Plan</li></ul><ul><li>Life Insurance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.30 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
