Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service/Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position primarily involves answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers, and accurately entering orders into our RMA system. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Take customer orders accurately and efficiently</li><li>Enter orders into the RMA dispatching ERP</li><li>Communicate clearly with drivers/dispatch team</li><li>Provide basic customer support and order updates</li><li>Maintain organized records of calls and orders</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong phone communication skills</li><li>Basic computer skills (typing, data entry, email)</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized</li><li>Customer service experience preferred</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Office setting</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering excellent service while supporting the daily functions of our organization.
