Customer Service/Office Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service/Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position primarily involves answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers, and accurately entering orders into our RMA system. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Enter orders into the RMA dispatching ERP
  • Communicate clearly with drivers/dispatch team
  • Provide basic customer support and order updates
  • Maintain organized records of calls and orders

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry, email)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Customer service experience preferred

Work Environment:

  • Office setting
