Your Impact:
<ul><li>
Serve as the primary HR leader for a 450+ employee facility, supporting both hourly and salaried teams across multiple shifts.</li><li>
Partner with the plant President and operations leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.</li><li>
Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies in a competitive labor market.</li><li>
Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy implementation with professionalism and fairness.</li><li>
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, balancing company standards with employee needs.</li><li>
Manage compliance with all applicable employment laws, policies, and reporting requirements.</li><li>
Coach, mentor, and develop the HR support team, elevating their skills and confidence in core HR functions.</li><li>
Collaborate on HR initiatives related to expansion, staffing, and organizational growth.</li></ul> 


Your Profile:
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree.</li><li>
5+ years of progressive HR experience; 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.</li><li>
Proven success managing HR functions for large hourly workforces.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence, build trust, and navigate diverse personalities.</li><li>
Ability to partner effectively with all levels of leadership.</li><li>
Ability to practice sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee issues</li><li>
Comfort walking the production floor, listening, and solving problems in real time.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.</li></ul>
