Your Impact:

Serve as the primary HR leader for a 450+ employee facility, supporting both hourly and salaried teams across multiple shifts.

Partner with the plant President and operations leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies in a competitive labor market.

Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy implementation with professionalism and fairness.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, balancing company standards with employee needs.

Manage compliance with all applicable employment laws, policies, and reporting requirements.

Coach, mentor, and develop the HR support team, elevating their skills and confidence in core HR functions.

Collaborate on HR initiatives related to expansion, staffing, and organizational growth.
Your Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree.
-
5+ years of progressive HR experience; 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.

Proven success managing HR functions for large hourly workforces.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence, build trust, and navigate diverse personalities.

Ability to partner effectively with all levels of leadership.

Ability to practice sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive employee issues

Comfort walking the production floor, listening, and solving problems in real time.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
