This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium hospitality team known for exceptional service, elevated food, wine and spirit experiences, and a vibrant guest environment.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.</li><li>
Manage reservations, waitlists, seating flow, and guest pacing to support a smooth dining experience.</li><li>
Communicate guest needs and important details to servers, management, wine specialists, and support teams.</li><li>
Assist with VIP guests, special requests, and front-door hospitality standards.</li><li>
Guide guests to retail, wine, cheese, or dining areas as needed.</li><li>
Support takeout orders, phone inquiries, and guest communication with accuracy and care.</li><li>
Help maintain a polished, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Previous host, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.</li><li>
A warm, professional presence and a passion for exceptional guest service.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations, and POS systems.</li><li>
A collaborative, team-oriented approach.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, and move comfortably throughout the shift.</li></ul>
