Wally’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a warm, polished, and guest-focused Host to create a welcoming first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium hospitality team known for exceptional service, elevated food, wine and spirit experiences, and a vibrant guest environment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, seating flow, and guest pacing to support a smooth dining experience.
• Communicate guest needs and important details to servers, management, wine specialists, and support teams.
• Assist with VIP guests, special requests, and front-door hospitality standards.
• Guide guests to retail, wine, cheese, or dining areas as needed.
• Support takeout orders, phone inquiries, and guest communication with accuracy and care.
• Help maintain a polished, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous host, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• A warm, professional presence and a passion for exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations, and POS systems.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move comfortably throughout the shift.
