We’re hiring at Copper Spoon and looking for a host!

+ Role: Part Time Host

+ Pay: $15 an hour, raises are offered after first 90 days.

+ Shift: 4-6 hours / 4 days a week.

We are a fast-paced environment with a high-performing crew. We value teamwork, timeliness, kindness, active listening, genuine care and concern for others, and hard work over everything else. Hosting experience is a bonus but not required.

Copper Spoon is an upscale restaurant & cocktail bar in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne. We are open 6 days a week for dinner, and we specialize in providing the highest quality service, food, and cocktails.

We are primarily looking for a part time host with availability on Saturdays. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door as we prefer to only promote from within. We are expanding and will be looking to fill other areas of the restaurant within the next 4-6 months.

Additionally, Copper Spoon is closed Sundays (with the exception of 1-2 pop up brunches a year), most major holidays and we offer employee discounts. After 3 years of employment with us, we also offer employee dinners and PTO.

As a Host at Copper Spoon you will:

· Provide hospitality at the highest level

· Use Open Table software on iPads to manage reservations & seating

· Work with a team of talented individuals

You will learn a lot, have fun, and meet some very amazing people along the way.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
