Manager - Outbound Logistics (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle e-commerce shipments efficiently, ensuring smooth execution of all logistics processes.</li><li>Manage the full order cycle: LR creation, route planning, shipment arrangement, and last-mile delivery.</li><li>Analyze courier MIS reports and take corrective or preventive actions as required.</li><li>Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, dealers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-efficient operations.</li><li>Handle logistics-related issues, complaints, or escalations promptly.</li><li>Track, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); drive improvements based on data analysis.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role, with exposure to e-commerce logistics or any courier company.</li><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret MIS reports and act effectively.</li><li>Strong negotiation and coordination skills with suppliers, partners, and customers.</li><li>(Preferred) Experience in handling insurance claims for shipments.</li><li>Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you located in Delhi NCR ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Courier company: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Logistics Operation: 4 years (Required)</li><li>E-Commerce: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
