We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 1-2 years HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand job descriptions and hiring needs across departments.</li><li>Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media</li><li>Conduct initial screenings through phone or video interviews.</li><li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and reports.</li><li>Handle pre- and post-interview communication with candidates.</li><li>Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.</li><li>Create and publish job postings on various platforms.</li><li>Liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed.</li><li>Support offer roll-out and onboarding coordination.</li></ul>Skills and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS word, PPT)</li><li>Must demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Must be enthusiastic and have good English communication skills (oral and written).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
