While some administrative and clinical review work may be completed remotely, candidates must:<ul><li>Be Minnesota-licensed (or reside in an immediately adjacent area such as Hudson, WI)</li><li>Maintain regular in-person availability for clinical and compliance activities as required under MN EIDBI regulations</li></ul>Primary location: Burnsville, MNKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the Qualified Supervising Professional under Minnesota EIDBI standards</li><li>Conduct and oversee CMDE intake assessments</li><li>Develop, review, and modify Comprehensive ABA Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), including goal development and data review</li><li>Review, sign, and oversee CMDEs and ITPs in accordance with DHS requirements</li><li>Provide clinical supervision and training to EIDBI providers (e.g., RBTs)</li><li>Ensure ongoing compliance with DHS EIDBI standards and documentation expectations</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to build efficient, compliant systems and workflows</li><li>Participate in care coordination and case consultation as needed</li></ul>Schedule &amp; CompensationThis role is designed as a part-time entry point, with a clear path toward increased scope and hours as the program grows and services become active.<ul><li>Part-time: approximately 10&ndash;20 hours per week</li><li>Hours may fluctuate initially based on authorization timelines</li><li>Hourly Rate: $45&ndash;$55/hour, based on experience and licensure</li></ul>Compensation Tiers:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years EIDBI/ABA supervisory experience: $45/hour</li><li>5&ndash;8 years EIDBI/ABA supervisory experience: $50/hour</li><li>9+ years EIDBI/ABA supervisory experience: $55/hour</li></ul>QualificationsApplicants must meet Minnesota EIDBI QSP requirements, including one of the following licensures:<ul><li>LPCC</li><li>LICSW</li><li>LMFT</li><li>LISW</li><li>Licensed Psychologist (LP)</li><li>Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)</li><li>Licensed Behavior Analyst</li></ul>Additional requirements:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, special education, ABA)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience providing EIDBI / ABA services</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills</li><li>Solid understanding of evidence-based practices for individuals with ASD and related conditions</li></ul>Experience with EIDBI or similar early childhood / ASD programs is strongly preferred.
