Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) for EIDBI (ABA) Services

SPARK Behavioral Health is a early-stage Minnesota EIDBI provider focused on thoughtful, compliant growth and long-term quality.

We are seeking a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to support clinical assessments, oversight, and program development in a clearly scoped, part-time capacity.

This role focused on CMDEs, ITP development, clinical review, and EIDBI-aligned supervision, with expectations intentionally aligned to the agency's current stage of growth.

Role Overview

As SPARK’s QSP, you will serve as the designated Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) for EIDBI services, with a focus on clinical quality, oversight, and compliance.

Location & Work Setting

This is a Minnesota-based hybrid role. While some administrative and clinical review work may be completed remotely, candidates must:

  • Be Minnesota-licensed (or reside in an immediately adjacent area such as Hudson, WI)
  • Maintain regular in-person availability for clinical and compliance activities as required under MN EIDBI regulations

Primary location: Burnsville, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Qualified Supervising Professional under Minnesota EIDBI standards
  • Conduct and oversee CMDE intake assessments
  • Develop, review, and modify Comprehensive ABA Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), including goal development and data review
  • Review, sign, and oversee CMDEs and ITPs in accordance with DHS requirements
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to EIDBI providers (e.g., RBTs)
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with DHS EIDBI standards and documentation expectations
  • Collaborate with leadership to build efficient, compliant systems and workflows
  • Participate in care coordination and case consultation as needed

Schedule & Compensation

This role is designed as a part-time entry point, with a clear path toward increased scope and hours as the program grows and services become active.

  • Part-time: approximately 10–20 hours per week
  • Hours may fluctuate initially based on authorization timelines
  • Hourly Rate: $45–$55/hour, based on experience and licensure

Compensation Tiers:

  • 2–4 years EIDBI/ABA supervisory experience: $45/hour
  • 5–8 years EIDBI/ABA supervisory experience: $50/hour
  • 9+ years EIDBI/ABA supervisory experience: $55/hour

Qualifications

Applicants must meet Minnesota EIDBI QSP requirements, including one of the following licensures:

  • LPCC
  • LICSW
  • LMFT
  • LISW
  • Licensed Psychologist (LP)
  • Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst

Additional requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, special education, ABA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing EIDBI / ABA services
  • Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
  • Solid understanding of evidence-based practices for individuals with ASD and related conditions

Experience with EIDBI or similar early childhood / ASD programs is strongly preferred. Candidates with robust supervisory and compliance backgrounds will also be considered.
