As we continue to expand across retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, and distribution channels, we are looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage and oversee all financial operations of the business.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accountant from UAE who can independently manage the company's complete accounting function, ensure financial accuracy, maintain compliance, and provide management with clear financial insights to support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management &amp; Accounting<ul><li>Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.</li><li>Record daily financial transactions and journal entries.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and cash transactions.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.</li><li>Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.</li></ul>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare monthly Profit &amp; Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.</li><li>Analyze business performance and profitability by channel, customer, and product.</li><li>Generate management reports with key financial insights and recommendations.</li><li>Track budgets, expenses, and variances against forecasts.</li></ul>Tax &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filings.</li><li>Handle VAT calculations, returns, and submissions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.</li><li>Maintain all financial records and documentation for audits.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Costing<ul><li>Monitor inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.</li><li>Track product costing, landed costs, and gross margins.</li><li>Work closely with procurement and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory records.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and margin improvement areas.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Administration<ul><li>Process payroll accurately and on time.</li><li>Manage employee reimbursements and expense claims.</li><li>Monitor supplier payments and customer collections.</li><li>Maintain contracts, payment schedules, and financial obligations.</li></ul>Business Support<ul><li>Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.</li><li>Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls.</li><li>Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of accounting experience, preferably within FMCG, food &amp; beverage, retail, or consumer goods.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.</li><li>Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person

General Accountant

Soul Pantry is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to grow our retail presence across the UAE. This role is focused on expanding local distribution, strengthening relationships with supermarkets and retail chains, and ensuring best-in-class visibility across all stores.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for getting Soul Pantry products into more outlets, managing in-store execution, coordinating merchandisers, and negotiating strong shelf placement and visibility opportunities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Grow Soul Pantry&rsquo;s distribution across supermarkets, groceries, gyms, cafes, and retail channels in the UAE</li><li>Visit stores regularly to ensure strong product visibility, stock levels, and shelf presence</li><li>Build relationships with category buyers, store managers, and distributors</li><li>Negotiate premium shelf placements, displays, gondolas, and promotional visibility</li><li>Manage and coordinate merchandisers across stores</li><li>Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends</li><li>Ensure proper execution of promotions and launches in stores</li><li>Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities by region and account</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and operations team to support retail growth initiatives</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in FMCG / food &amp; beverage sales in the UAE</li><li>Existing relationships with supermarkets, distributors, and retail buyers in the UAE is a strong advantage</li><li>Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and visibility strategies</li><li>Experience managing merchandisers and retail execution teams</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized</li><li>UAE driving license is mandatory</li><li>Experience in healthy snacks, beverages, or food brands preferred</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For Someone hungry, ambitious, and passionate about building brands on-ground.
