Sales Manager (FMCG- FOOD)

Soul Pantry is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to grow our retail presence across the UAE. This role is focused on expanding local distribution, strengthening relationships with supermarkets and retail chains, and ensuring best-in-class visibility across all stores.

You’ll be responsible for getting Soul Pantry products into more outlets, managing in-store execution, coordinating merchandisers, and negotiating strong shelf placement and visibility opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow Soul Pantry’s distribution across supermarkets, groceries, gyms, cafes, and retail channels in the UAE
• Visit stores regularly to ensure strong product visibility, stock levels, and shelf presence
• Build relationships with category buyers, store managers, and distributors
• Negotiate premium shelf placements, displays, gondolas, and promotional visibility
• Manage and coordinate merchandisers across stores
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
• Ensure proper execution of promotions and launches in stores
• Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities by region and account
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to support retail growth initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG / food & beverage sales in the UAE
• Existing relationships with supermarkets, distributors, and retail buyers in the UAE is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and visibility strategies
• Experience managing merchandisers and retail execution teams
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Experience in healthy snacks, beverages, or food brands preferred
