Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI), institutional clients, and corporate clients within the forex industry.
- Utilize existing client portfolio and industry network to generate new business opportunities and increase company revenue.
- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and mentoring sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge, sales performance, and client acquisition strategies.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, KPIs, and conversion ratios.
- Identify new market opportunities, business trends, and competitor activities within the forex and financial services industry.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and retention of clients while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate with compliance, operations, and dealing departments to ensure proper execution of client requirements and regulatory adherence.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation and client retention strategies.
- Handle escalated client concerns and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Ensure the team complies with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, and development of sales team members.
- Drive overall business expansion and contribute to the company’s strategic growth plans.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Forex/CFD trading industry and financial markets.
- Proven ability to bring and maintain strong clientele.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong team management and motivational abilities.
- Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Certifications related to financial markets or forex industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in UAE/GCC forex market preferred.
