Sales Manager – Forex experienced Only

Sales Experience Required: 8–10+ Years
Forex Industry Experience: Minimum 6+ Years
Team Handling Experience: Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI), institutional clients, and corporate clients within the forex industry.
  • Utilize existing client portfolio and industry network to generate new business opportunities and increase company revenue.
  • Lead, supervise, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and mentoring sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge, sales performance, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, KPIs, and conversion ratios.
  • Identify new market opportunities, business trends, and competitor activities within the forex and financial services industry.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and retention of clients while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Coordinate with compliance, operations, and dealing departments to ensure proper execution of client requirements and regulatory adherence.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation and client retention strategies.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Ensure the team complies with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
  • Participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, and development of sales team members.
  • Drive overall business expansion and contribute to the company’s strategic growth plans.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Forex/CFD trading industry and financial markets.
  • Proven ability to bring and maintain strong clientele.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong team management and motivational abilities.
  • Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Certifications related to financial markets or forex industry will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in UAE/GCC forex market preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
