This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills directly contribute to enhancing the aesthetic appeal and safety of our clients&rsquo; spaces.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of windows on buildings of various heights using appropriate tools and techniques.</li><li>Operate ladders, scaffolding, or lifts safely to access hard-to-reach areas.</li><li>Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free, spotless results.</li><li>Inspect windows for damage or issues and report any concerns to supervisors promptly.</li><li>Maintain all cleaning equipment in excellent condition, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.</li><li>Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment diligently during all tasks.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in window cleaning or related maintenance roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.</li><li>Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.</li><li>Good physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and handle equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at elevated heights is a plus.
