Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of windows on buildings of various heights using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Operate ladders, scaffolding, or lifts safely to access hard-to-reach areas.
• Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free, spotless results.
• Inspect windows for damage or issues and report any concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment in excellent condition, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
• Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment diligently during all tasks.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in window cleaning or related maintenance roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Good physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
