Your primary role will be to work towards creating systems to inspire, engage and empower children and other stakeholders to sustain the transformation.You can check out more details on our website at www.sparklingmindz.in.Position Available: Preschool Learning FacilitatorLocation(s): Bangalore (Koramangala/Kalyan Nagar)Training and Probation: 1 yearWorking Days &amp; Timings : Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm and alternate Saturdays are workingJob Description:<ul><li>Deliver the sessions to children as per plan</li><li>Create lesson plans and plan the learning outcomes for children&rsquo;s sessions</li><li>Collaborate with a team of teachers to deliver the learning outcomes</li><li>Record children's observations on a daily basis and send updates</li><li>Review each child&rsquo;s performance on a weekly basis</li><li>Interact with Parents on a regular basis regarding children's activities in the sessions</li><li>Attend regular training sessions on weekdays/weekends as per need</li><li>Stay up to date on the latest programs and developments at Sparkling Mindz</li><li>Work with the Sparkling Mindz team to improve the program and share best practices</li></ul>Qualifications and Qualities Required<ul><li>Graduation/Post Graduation from any recognised University with minimum 2 years of experience</li><li>Enjoy working with children</li><li>An open attitude towards new ways of teaching and learning with children</li><li>Interest to learn new skills and quick learner</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of MS-Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must</li><li>Any previous experience of working with children or creative trainings attended is a plus</li><li>Any previous training or counselling experience or a psychology background is a plus</li><li>Demonstrable skills in creative writing, public speaking or other hobbies is a plus</li></ul>CompensationCompetitive based on market standards.Email us your latest resume and a cover letter on why you would like to work with us and why you are suitable for this job.Note: This position is only open to Female Candidates.You can also reach us at +91 9900080331 if you would like further details.
