Position Available: Preschool Learning Facilitator

Location(s): Bangalore (Koramangala/Kalyan Nagar)

Training and Probation: 1 year

Working Days & Timings : Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm and alternate Saturdays are working

Job Description:

• Deliver the sessions to children as per plan
• Create lesson plans and plan the learning outcomes for children’s sessions
• Collaborate with a team of teachers to deliver the learning outcomes
• Record children's observations on a daily basis and send updates
• Review each child’s performance on a weekly basis
• Interact with Parents on a regular basis regarding children's activities in the sessions
• Attend regular training sessions on weekdays/weekends as per need
• Stay up to date on the latest programs and developments at Sparkling Mindz
• Work with the Sparkling Mindz team to improve the program and share best practices

Qualifications and Qualities Required

• Graduation/Post Graduation from any recognised University with minimum 2 years of experience
• Enjoy working with children
• An open attitude towards new ways of teaching and learning with children
• Interest to learn new skills and quick learner
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS-Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must
• Any previous experience of working with children or creative trainings attended is a plus
• Any previous training or counselling experience or a psychology background is a plus
• Demonstrable skills in creative writing, public speaking or other hobbies is a plus

Competitive based on market standards.
