Dear Doctor,Greetings from Sparsh Hospital Hennur Road Unit.We are currently hiring Resident Medical Officers (RMO) with an MBBS qualification and valid registration with the Karnataka Medical Council.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide round-the-clock medical care to inpatients and attend emergency cases as per duty roster.</li><li>Assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment in accordance with established hospital protocols.</li><li>Manage medical emergencies and perform necessary life-saving procedures within scope of practice.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans in consultation with senior doctors/consultants.</li><li>Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and surgeries as required.</li><li>Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records and documentation.</li><li>Communicate patient condition and treatment progress effectively to patients and their relatives.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and medical ethics.</li><li>Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings, and training programs.</li><li>Ensure proper clinical handover during shift changes to maintain continuity of care.</li></ul>For further details, please contact: Mahesh 8197514909recruitment.hnr@sparshhospital.comWe look forward to connecting with you.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
