Resident Medical Officer

Greetings from Sparsh Hospital Hennur Road Unit.

We are currently hiring Resident Medical Officers (RMO) with an MBBS qualification and valid registration with the Karnataka Medical Council.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock medical care to inpatients and attend emergency cases as per duty roster.
• Assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment in accordance with established hospital protocols.
• Manage medical emergencies and perform necessary life-saving procedures within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans in consultation with senior doctors/consultants.
• Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and surgeries as required.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records and documentation.
• Communicate patient condition and treatment progress effectively to patients and their relatives.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and medical ethics.
• Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings, and training programs.
• Ensure proper clinical handover during shift changes to maintain continuity of care.
