Overview<ul><li>The Spartan Group consists of 13 New Vehicle Dealerships and 1 standalone Used Vehicle Dealership in 6 western states. Our franchises include Acura, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Jeep, Nissan, Ram, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen.</li><li>Our marketing plan is in place and has been fine-tuned over the past two years&mdash;so our search begins. This on-site role is based in Ashland, Oregon, and works directly with our executive team and 14 general managers.</li><li>The ideal candidate is an expert in CRM; digital marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta); third-party platforms; lead management; website management; and co-op administration. This is a hands-on role for a builder and doer with an unquenchable drive to sell new and used vehicles. It is not a role for delegators or remote workers; you will work at our headquarters and at dealership locations as needed.</li><li>Please apply at www.spartan1.com/apply for immediate, confidential consideration by the Owner/President of The Spartan Group.</li></ul>Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing multichannel marketing approaches including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC advertising (Google AdWords), print advertising, and content marketing.</li><li>Lead the creation of compelling content across platforms, utilizing copywriting skills and produce engaging visuals and messaging.</li><li>Manage digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools and analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to optimize ROI.</li><li>Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Instagram to boost brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic via WordPress websites, HTML coding, and research-driven content development.</li><li>Coordinate advertising sales efforts by collaborating with sales teams to develop promotional campaigns that generate leads and revenue.</li><li>Monitor budgets for all marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while maximizing impact.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic planning.</li><li>Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.</li><li>Lead performance marketing initiatives focused on measurable results through targeted advertising campaigns and analytics-driven decision-making.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, social media marketing platforms, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, email marketing tools, and analytics software such as Google Analytics.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple channels including content marketing, print advertising, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms like WordPress.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.</li><li>Experience in managing advertising sales initiatives and developing integrated campaigns that drive revenue growth.</li><li>Skilled in budgeting for large-scale campaigns while maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness.</li><li>Ability to lead research efforts to gather insights that shape strategic decisions.</li><li>We value energetic leaders who thrive on collaboration, creativity, and measurable results&mdash;ready to make a significant impact in a vibrant organization dedicated to growth!</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
