Overview

  • The Spartan Group consists of 13 New Vehicle Dealerships and 1 standalone Used Vehicle Dealership in 6 western states. Our franchises include Acura, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Jeep, Nissan, Ram, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
  • Our marketing plan is in place and has been fine-tuned over the past two years—so our search begins. This on-site role is based in Ashland, Oregon, and works directly with our executive team and 14 general managers.
  • The ideal candidate is an expert in CRM; digital marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta); third-party platforms; lead management; website management; and co-op administration. This is a hands-on role for a builder and doer with an unquenchable drive to sell new and used vehicles. It is not a role for delegators or remote workers; you will work at our headquarters and at dealership locations as needed.

Duties

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing multichannel marketing approaches including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC advertising (Google AdWords), print advertising, and content marketing.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content across platforms, utilizing copywriting skills and produce engaging visuals and messaging.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools and analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to optimize ROI.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Instagram to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic via WordPress websites, HTML coding, and research-driven content development.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts by collaborating with sales teams to develop promotional campaigns that generate leads and revenue.
  • Monitor budgets for all marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while maximizing impact.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives focused on measurable results through targeted advertising campaigns and analytics-driven decision-making.

Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, social media marketing platforms, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, email marketing tools, and analytics software such as Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple channels including content marketing, print advertising, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms like WordPress.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in managing advertising sales initiatives and developing integrated campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Skilled in budgeting for large-scale campaigns while maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Ability to lead research efforts to gather insights that shape strategic decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
