GENERAL PURPOSE:The purpose of this position to coordinate with concerned department for strong business partnering and services, and take care of People &amp; Culture related ISO compliance.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORTIES:<ul><li>Resume Shortlisting, Scheduling and Interviewing of candidates for the following positions:</li><li>Emergency Medical Technician</li><li>Emergency Vehicle Operator</li><li>Station Coordinator</li><li>Medical Officer</li><li>Health Advisor and Information Officer,</li><li>Emergency Medical Dispatcher</li><li>Analysts, etc.</li><li>Onboarding of new employees including performing their orientation and documentation</li><li>Creating and maintaining employee files</li><li>Induction of new employees in HRIS, including complete details of spouse &amp; children &amp; Bank Account details)</li><li>Digitalization of HR Records (Audit, Files, Policies and Procedures)</li><li>Shadowing for Legal and Employee Relations matters and documentation</li></ul>HR Business Partnering<ul><li>Handle staff needs such as processing staff loans, advance salaries, transfers, providing experience letters, and salary certificates.</li><li>Responsible for incorporation of changes in payroll and leave management.</li><li>Guide Grade 10 and Grade 11 staff members on human resource policies and procedures of the organization.</li><li>Offer assistance and provide details regarding programs and services such as employee support in terms of managing work/life related problems.</li></ul>People &amp; Culture Services:<ul><li>Any other task assigned by the Line Manager and Head of HR.</li><li>To be the first point of contact for employees M-10 and below grade for resolving any HR Services related issue such as leave and employee concerns</li></ul>Quality Assurance Management<ul><li>Participate in audit of SIEHS staff as HR representative.</li><li>To ensure all relevant documents are updated and controlled by QA.</li><li>To ensure that employees personal files are maintained as per the ISO &amp; Internal/ External audit requirements.</li><li>Update records on the basis of audit findings &amp; share updated/ amended records with QA.</li></ul>COMPETENCY MATRIX:Technical Skills<ul><li>Good computer skills (MS Office)</li><li>HRIS</li><li>Certification for Participation ISO9001-2015 Understanding.</li></ul>Management Skills<ul><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage people from other teams</li><li>Good written and spoken communication skills</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Good computer skills</li><li>Respect for confidential information</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Should have patience and understanding.</li><li>Ability to listen before offering advice.</li><li>Good HR knowledge.</li><li>Self-driven, strong sense of ownership.</li></ul>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in HRMExperience: 1-3 years of HR experience is mustAge: Minimum 25 yearsGender: Male / Female (Preferable)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
