Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Nanny/Caregiver to provide exceptional childcare and support within a private home setting. This role involves nurturing children&rsquo;s growth, ensuring their safety, and assisting with daily routines. The ideal candidate will bring a warm personality, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will play a vital role in creating a positive, engaging environment that promotes development and well-being.Duties<ul><li>Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and educational activities</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized living space by performing residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning toys, laundry, and general tidying</li><li>Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and engaging in appropriate activities</li><li>Offer personal transportation assistance for appointments, outings, or extracurricular activities</li><li>Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure safety at all times</li><li>Engage children in developmental activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity</li><li>Manage meal preparation with attention to nutrition and safety standards</li><li>Foster a nurturing environment that encourages independence while providing guidance and supervision</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in a nannying or caregiving capacity within private homes or daycare settings</li><li>Demonstrated ability to care for multiple children simultaneously with patience and efficiency</li><li>Experience working with young children preferred.</li><li>Prior toddler care experience, including feeding, diapering, and developmental support</li><li>Knowledge of childcare best practices, including infant care techniques and preschool education methods</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional certifications related to caregiving or early childhood education are advantageous</li><li>Strong background in household management tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and light housekeeping related to childcare duties</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about making a positive impact on children&rsquo;s lives!
