Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Operations &amp; System Management<ul><li>Strategic Contributions: Present warehouse operational information and recommendations to leadership; prepare and complete action plans to hit productivity, quality, and customer service standards.</li><li>System Design &amp; Improvement: Manage warehouse efficiency, product flow, and handling systems. Analyze workflow, manpower, and space requirements to implement necessary changes and identify needs.</li><li>Policy Enforcement: Develop, implement, and evaluate policies for safety, product handling, storage, receiving, shipping, and equipment utilization.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Supply Chain<ul><li>Inbound &amp; Outbound: Supervise and coordinate all daily shipping and receiving, including international containers, full truckloads, LTL, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) fulfillment.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Customer Relations: Manage small group of external vendors and manufacturing suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Periodically visit local customers to understand facility needs and product customization requirements.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Records: Maintain accurate records of all shipments and lead regular audits to ensure 100% inventory integrity.</li></ul>Production &amp; Facility Oversight<ul><li>Manufacturing Oversight: Supervise light assembly and upholstery production, ensuring all finished goods meet brand quality protocols.</li><li>Facility Maintenance: Responsible for the physical facility and equipment maintenance; ensure the warehouse remains highly organized and clean.</li><li>Safety &amp; Security: Establish and enforce Safety and Quality standards (OSHA compliance). Secure property by developing protection and access policies and procedures.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Personnel<ul><li>Team Leadership: Manage daily activities of staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews to meet operational goals.</li><li>Mission-Driven: Accomplish organizational missions by completing related tasks as needed and upholding compliance with all quality protocols.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse/facility operations, with at least 5 years in a personnel management role.</li><li>Language: Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual).</li><li>Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).</li><li>Leadership Style: Proven ability to lead a team through growth; must be a &quot;working manager&quot; willing to be on the floor. Creates a safe and rewarding workplace environment.</li><li>Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and a focus on meticulous detail.
