Personal Assistant to the Revenue Cycle Manager Specialists in Dermatology | [Tucson, AZ, 85712] Full-Time | 40 hours/week | On-siteAbout the Role Specialists in Dermatology is looking for a sharp, organized, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support our Revenue Cycle Manager. This is an in-person role at our main office, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, picks things up quickly, and wants to grow with a team that values initiative and adaptability. You'll be the right hand to a key leader in our practice, helping keep the day running smoothly so our Revenue Cycle Manager can focus on high-impact work.What You'll Do<ul><li>Manage the Revenue Cycle Manager's calendar, meetings, and daily priorities</li><li>Draft, organize, and follow up on communications (email, phone, internal messages)</li><li>Track tasks, deadlines, and projects, making sure nothing slips through the cracks</li><li>Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports; take notes in meetings</li><li>Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to streamline workflows, draft communications, summarize information, and boost productivity</li><li>Handle sensitive patient and financial information with full confidentiality (HIPAA)</li><li>Coordinate logistics, and jump in on ad-hoc projects as needed</li><li>Learn our revenue cycle processes and gradually take on more responsibility</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Tech-savvy - comfortable picking up new software quickly (Microsoft Office, EMA, scheduling tools, etc.)</li><li>Knows AI - actively uses ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools and knows how to apply them to real work</li><li>Highly organized - you keep calendars, tasks, and files in order without being reminded</li><li>Strong communicator - clear, professional, and warm in writing, in person, and on the phone</li><li>Teachable - open to feedback, eager to learn, and takes ownership of growth</li><li>Reliable and discreet - punctual, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information</li><li>Detail-oriented - with strong follow-through</li><li>Available in person - at our main office during business hours</li></ul>Nice to Have (Not Required)<ul><li>Some background in a medical or healthcare setting (front office, MA, scribe, billing, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with revenue cycle, medical billing, or insurance terminology</li><li>Current college student or recent grad - a degree is not required; we care more about work ethic, curiosity, and ability</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Work directly with a senior leader and learn the business side of healthcare</li><li>Real mentorship and room to grow - we invest in people who invest in themselves</li><li>Stable, full-time role in a well-established dermatology practice</li><li>Exposure to AI-forward workflows in a traditional industry</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
