 Receiving order from private customers

 Placing order with supplier through planner
 </li>
 <li>
 Invoicing the materials after receiving the items in stock
 </li>
 <li>
 Following with finance and distribution for customer delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sure all items delivered as reagent, calibrator, and control
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with distribution team for the delivery to customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing official sales offer for sales team
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales analysis for the stock and short dated items.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a sales coordinator not less than 3 years
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Medical Diagnostics &amp; Lab Supplies is a huge plus
 </li>
 <li>
 ERP Experience (preferred Oracle)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 </li>

Sales Support Coordinator

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain BI Reports, BI Answers, and Analyses using BI Publisher.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and deliver OTBI and Fusion Analytics reports aligned with business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Finance and SCM teams to support reporting needs and data integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure best practices in data modeling and report performance optimization.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of experience in OTBI and BI Publisher.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, including (SCM (Inventory, Procurement) / Finance (Receivables, Payables, General Ledger)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Fusion Applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
 </li>

 Motion Graphics/Video: Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
