 Key Responsibilities in Supply Chain Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate and supervise the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery of goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement supply chain strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, purchases, deliveries, and supplier performance metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage supplier relationships, performance, and negotiations to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor compliance with internal policies, contract terms, and relevant regulations (including import/export and SFDA documentation).
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations to meet business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular reports and analysis on supply chain performance and support data-driven decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead or contribute to projects focused on supply chain transformation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement.

 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications And Experience For Supply Chain Manager
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 4 years&rsquo; proven experience in a similar role managing supply chain operations (in international logistics is a must).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with SFDA (Saudi Food &amp; Drug Authority) requirements and import/export logistics preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable experience working with ERP systems (Oracle experience is an advantage).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound knowledge of supply chain best practices, processes, and risk management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Supply Chain Manager - KSA

 Job Description:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain and regularly update internal databases and records related to (Sales forecasts - purchase orders - Supplier communications including payments, delivery tracking, SFDA (Saudi Food &amp; Drug Authority) documentation, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate logistics and arrangements for exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle travel arrangements for sales and management teams, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth communication and follow-up between internal departments and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, authorities).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Job Requirements:

 Relevant experience not less than 4 years
 </li>
 <li>
 BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Medical industry experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft office
 </li>
