This role offers a fully remote work environment, a high-volume caseload, and a compensation model that rewards productivity and performance.Our firm utilizes advanced analytics platforms, AI-supported drafting tools, and a dedicated paralegal team to streamline attorney workflow and maximize efficiency. We also provide comprehensive training and onboarding methodologies to ensure new attorneys become proficient quickly and confidently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and analyze unpaid, underpaid, and denied healthcare claims.</li><li>Prepare high-quality appeal letters, reimbursement demands, and insurer correspondence.</li><li>Communicate with insurance carriers and provider representatives to advance claim resolution.</li><li>Apply relevant statutes, including ERISA, state prompt-pay laws, and payer regulations.</li><li>Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy, efficiency, and professional judgment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.</li><li>Strong legal writing and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume workflows and maintain organized claim records.</li><li>Prior experience in insurance law, ERISA, or healthcare reimbursement is preferred but not required.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fully remote, technology-supported legal environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>100% remote work with flexible scheduling.</li><li>High-volume compensation structure with strong earning potential.</li><li>Access to sophisticated analytics systems and AI-assisted drafting and paralegal tools.</li><li>A full paralegal support team to assist with case preparation, document management, and communications.</li><li>Robust training program designed to accelerate onboarding and skill development.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to healthcare providers&rsquo; financial recovery efforts.</li></ul>Pay: $1.00 - $800,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
