Attorney – Healthcare Reimbursement & Insurance Recovery

CMC is seeking qualified Attorneys to support our expanding healthcare reimbursement and insurance recovery practice. This role offers a fully remote work environment, a high-volume caseload, and a compensation model that rewards productivity and performance.
Our firm utilizes advanced analytics platforms, AI-supported drafting tools, and a dedicated paralegal team to streamline attorney workflow and maximize efficiency. We also provide comprehensive training and onboarding methodologies to ensure new attorneys become proficient quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze unpaid, underpaid, and denied healthcare claims.
- Prepare high-quality appeal letters, reimbursement demands, and insurer correspondence.
- Communicate with insurance carriers and provider representatives to advance claim resolution.
- Apply relevant statutes, including ERISA, state prompt-pay laws, and payer regulations.
- Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy, efficiency, and professional judgment.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows and maintain organized claim records.
- Prior experience in insurance law, ERISA, or healthcare reimbursement is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, technology-supported legal environment.

Pay: $1.00 - $800,000.00 per year
