Key Responsibilities:CRM Lead Distribution &amp; Team Follow-up<ul><li>Allocate daily CRM leads to the telecalling team.</li><li>Monitor lead status, follow-up progress, and ensure timely updates in CRM.</li><li>Track and share daily/weekly lead performance reports with management.</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process &ndash; job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.</li><li>Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Attendance<ul><li>Maintain attendance records, leaves, and shift schedules.</li><li>Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.</li><li>Resolve payroll-related queries of staff.</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Exit Management<ul><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.</li><li>Manage resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and maintain proper records.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in HR operations (freshers with good skills may also apply)</li><li>Good knowledge of CRM tools &amp; MS Office.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
