Job Title: Telesales Agent (Telecom Industry)Location: Doha, Qatar Job Type: Full-timeJob Description: We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Agent to join our telecom sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales, preferably in the telecom industry, and should be confident in handling outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential customers</li><li>Promote and sell telecom products and services</li><li>Generate and convert leads into successful sales</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Maintain customer records and update CRM systems</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure sales closure</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and support</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in telesales (telecom industry preferred)</li><li>Any nationality can apply</li><li>Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic (preferred)</li><li>Strong persuasion and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet targets</li><li>Basic computer knowledge</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLicense/Certification:<ul><li>QID (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Health Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of similar experience in a healthcare environment.</li><li>Strong customer service experience.</li><li>Previous experience in a medical call center and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.</li><li>Good computer skills.</li><li>Excellent supervisory skills.</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.</li><li>Self-motivated, committed, and proactive.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure.</li><li>High degree of motivation and self-discipline.</li><li>Enthusiastic and confident personality.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
