About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant – Project Systems (SAP PS) to support a major SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program in Doha. The successful candidate will lead the SAP Project Systems (PS) workstream, driving system implementation, business process improvements, data migration, testing, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Project Systems (PS) workstream throughout the SAP S/4HANA transformation lifecycle.
• Manage project planning, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize business operations.
• Integrate SAP PS with other SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM) and Finance & Controlling (FI/CO).
• Drive data migration activities, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and solution design.
• Coordinate testing cycles and ensure successful execution of business process scenarios.
• Work closely with technical teams on SAP security, roles, authorizations, and system integrations.
• Monitor project risks, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide regular progress updates.
• Support governance, project controls, change management, user training, and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum, Management, or a related discipline.
• SAP PS certification is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on SAP Project Systems implementation and support.
• Experience in at least two full SAP PS implementation lifecycle projects.
• Strong expertise in:
• SAP Project Systems (PS)
• SAP S/4HANA
• Business Process Design
• Configuration & Gap Analysis
• Data Migration
• Testing & User Training
• SAP PS integration with MM and FI/CO modules
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise SAP transformation projects.

• Experience with Agile or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
