<ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences for their residential spaces.</li><li>Develop innovative and practical design concepts that reflect the client&rsquo;s personal style, while optimizing space usage and functionality.</li><li>Create detailed 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, and technical details) using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).</li><li>Produce 3D models and renderings (using tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, or SketchUp) to visualize design concepts for the client.</li><li>Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the design concept, budget, and aesthetic preferences.</li><li>Provide accurate specifications for furniture, fixtures, finishes, and other design elements.</li><li>Guide clients through the design process, presenting options and making adjustments based on their feedback.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery of design elements.</li><li>Manage the project timeline and budget to ensure designs are executed on time and within budget.</li><li>Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in residential design, furnishings, materials, and technologies.</li><li>Free Accommodation &amp; Food</li></ul>contact:9207903300Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,433.45 - &#8377;28,685.53 per monthWork Location: In person
