Interior Designer

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences for their residential spaces.
• Develop innovative and practical design concepts that reflect the client’s personal style, while optimizing space usage and functionality.
• Create detailed 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, and technical details) using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Produce 3D models and renderings (using tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, or SketchUp) to visualize design concepts for the client.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that align with the design concept, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
• Provide accurate specifications for furniture, fixtures, finishes, and other design elements.
• Guide clients through the design process, presenting options and making adjustments based on their feedback.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery of design elements.
• Manage the project timeline and budget to ensure designs are executed on time and within budget.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in residential design, furnishings, materials, and technologies.
