With this growth, we are looking to bring on board a Fleet and Dispatch Manager to lead, mentor, and streamline our expanding India team.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and driven Fleet and Dispatch Manager with a strong background in the Canadian trucking and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dispatch, safety and compliance, and fleet operations, as well as proven leadership and team management skills. You&rsquo;ll play a critical role in coordinating day-to-day operations, managing teams, aligning with Canadian HQ, and supporting our continued growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of dispatch, safety &amp; compliance, and IT support teams in India.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.</li><li>Ensure operational alignment with Canadian HQ, including process standardization and reporting.</li><li>Implement and monitor SOPs, compliance procedures, and performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with the Canadian team to improve workflow, communication, and service quality.</li><li>Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement and drive operational efficiency.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between Indian operations and Canadian leadership.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in the trucking/logistics industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of dispatch operations, safety &amp; compliance, and fleet management.</li><li>Familiarity with North American (Canadian or US) transportation regulations.</li><li>Strong understanding of TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and dispatch software.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work overlapping hours with Canadian time zones as needed.</li><li>Experience managing remote and hybrid teams is a strong asset.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience working with or for a North American trucking company.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Transportation, or a related field.</li><li>Knowledge of ELDs, driver qualification files, and Canadian compliance standards.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to work with an established and growing company</li><li>Leadership role with career growth potential</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment</li><li>Exposure to international logistics and transport operations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>
