We are committed to fostering a lively, inclusive atmosphere where your skills in food preparation, customer service, and sales shine every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety</li><li>Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience</li><li>Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register accuracy</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations</li><li>Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods</li><li>Support sales efforts through suggestive selling techniques and promoting special menu items or promotions</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service &amp; fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems is a plus</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments such as grocery stores or caf&eacute;s is advantageous</li></ul>Pay: From $11.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:<ul><li>Food service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
