Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety
• Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods
• Support sales efforts through suggestive selling techniques and promoting special menu items or promotions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés is advantageous

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
